Music and Family a Highlight At Wedding at St. Thomas a’Becket Catholic Church

173With over 20 years in the wedding business, we’ve performed at a great many churches.  But Ursula and Joseph’s wedding took us to a new church, St. Thomas A Becket Catholic Church in Canton.  The beautiful sanctuary was decorated for autumn. The bridesmaids wore blue iridescent gowns with a hi-low hem while the matron of honor wore a magenta gown.  A classic touch was the matching jewelry wore by the ladies.  Deacon Jim Ward directed a personal  wedding service while Brandon Gauvin did a fantastic job as vocalist and pianist.  Brandon, along with Jennifer from the church were a great help to us with cues.

The couple chose an eclectic mix of songs including “Somewhere In Time”, “Jesu Joy” and “Con Ti Partiro” for Ursula’s processional.  Vocalist Susan Vaughan, sister of the groom, provided a touching performance of Ave Maria accompanied by Brandon Gauvin.  The couple had a sweet presence about them and took the time to meet us after their ceremony to thank us.   We wish them the very best as they begin their married life.
