Chaldean Wedding Celebrates with Style at Meadow Brook Hall

photoA National Historic Landmark, Meadow Brook is the historic home built by one of the automotive aristocracy’s most remarkable women, Matilda Dodge Wilson, widow of automobile pioneer John Dodge, and her second husband, lumber broker Alfred Wilson. Constructed between 1926 and 1929, for $4 million, Meadow Brook represents one of the finest examples of Tudor-revival architecture in America. Gerta and Leonardo held their elegant wedding at this magnificent estate. This was the perfect setting for a wedding that blended the traditional with the contemporary. Their music selection represented a mix of romantic contemporary songs including Bruno Mars “Just the Way You Are” and U2’s “With or Without You” with the traditional Pachelbel Kanon and Wedding March.
The Chaldean guests were eager to applaud the bridesmaids, charming flower girls and handsome ring bearer. Dressed in gorgeous gowns, the family and friends knew how to celebrate and did so with great style.
