Newlyweds and Their Young Son Embrace The Adventures of Family

Involving children in your wedding ceremony is always a high risk option, but Elizabeth and Matthew’s one year old son was a charmer as he walked down the aisle for their wedding day. The couple was married at the Eagle Crest Marriott in Ypsilanti by Reverend Gerald O’Grady assisted by wedding coordinators Lucy O’Grady and venue coordinator Sarah Houston. Appropriately, romantic music was the theme of the day and we played their requests of “Unchained Melody”, “Your Raise Me Up”, “Come Away with Me”, and “Only Time” during the guests seating. The couple chose the classics of Bach, Handel and Pachelbel for the ceremony processionals.
As you can see from the pictures, the reception was beautifully decorated by the staff of Eagle Crest Marriott, the florist, Garden Fantasy and bakery, LeCakery. Best wishes to Elizabeth, Matthew and their son as they embrace the challenges and blessings of being a family.
