Classic Elegance Defines Wedding at Henry Hotel (formerly Ritz Carlton) in Dearborn

Elegance is the perfect word for the wedding of Andrew and Heather, held this past weekend in the Presidential Suite of new Henry Hotel, formerly the Ritz Carlton. Christopher and his staff from Christopher and Company created gorgeous floral displays and a décor that set the stage for a memorable ceremony and reception. We had the privilege of playing for both the ceremony and cocktail hour and appreciated the warm welcome and assistance we received from the staff of the Henry Hotel.
The ceremony, officiated by Miriam Jerris, was highlighted with all classical music. The bridal party processed to Trumpet Tune and Heather, the bride, to the traditional Pachelbel’s Canon. Thank you to Christopher for his assistance with the cues during the ceremony. We wish more brides would recognize the importance of utilizing a qualified wedding coordinator. A coordinator’s years of experience helps your wedding to run smoothly. He/she can anticipate a problem and intercede before it ever becomes an issue. They also provide you and your family with a peace of mind on your special day. Your full attention can be focused on the sentiment of the ceremony not distracted by last minute concerns.
After moving to the lobby of the Presidential Suite, we changed our style of music for the cocktail hour and played a mix of nostalgic and contemporary pieces. From Cole Porter to Coldplay, the guests were complimentary and enjoyed the variety. Congratulations again to Heather and Andrew. We wish them the very best as they begin their married life together.
